🔧 How to Request Account Deletion

To permanently delete your account and associated data from The MBBS Planet, follow these steps:

• Open The MBBS Planet app or website.
• Go to your Profile section.
• Scroll to the bottom and click on Delete Account.
• Confirm the deletion when prompted.

⚠️ Important: This action is irreversible. Once confirmed, your account and all data will be permanently removed.

🗑 Data That Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted from our servers:

• Personal details (name, email, phone number)
• Login and authentication data
• Saved courses, study progress, and test results
• Uploaded documents (if any)
• Interactions, comments, and messages

🗂 Data That May Be Retained Temporarily

For compliance, auditing, and fraud-prevention purposes, we may retain the following information for up to 30 days after your account deletion request:

• Basic transaction logs (e.g., subscription history or payment records)
• Anonymized usage logs (without personal identifiers)
• Any data legally required to be retained under applicable laws

After the retention period, this data will be securely deleted from all systems and backups.
